Mike Marlar, PE PLS, President

	Project Engineer President of Marlar Engineering, has experience in Parks and Recreation, Wastewater Systems, Trails, Drainage Systems, Mapping and Surveying and Hydraulic analysis.

Darryl Laws, PE

	Project Manager Darryl has 30 years of Experience in engineering, was recently the City Engineer for Benton, and has been with us since 2006. Experience includes wastewater treatment, drainage design and mapping for various projects in Arkansas.

David Jones, PLS

	David will serve as Projects and Survey Director. David has been with Marlar Engineering since 1993.

Jack Fleming, Hydrologist

	Jack has been with us since 1997, and will perform Stormwater analysis and permitting with ADEQ. Jack has conducted environmental evaluations including Corps of Engineers permitting. Cert. CFM.

James Hickman

	James has been with us since 1994, and will Coordinate survey crews.

Jason Black

	Jason has been with us since 2006, and will provide cadd drafting for any project. Jason will also provide GIS related assistance.
